The guideline issued by the <strong>US Copyright Office<\/strong> states that the materials produced by \u2018sophisticated artificial intelligence technologies are protected under copyright.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the <strong>US Copyright<\/strong> Office, works containing AI \u2013generated content can be given copyright protection if the \u2018element of authorship is the work\u2019 are done by a human and not a machine.&nbsp; If a work lacks human assistance or does not have authorship of the work then the Office will not register the work. Since <strong>copyright <\/strong>only applies to the content created and produced by the human mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Paul Roetzer<\/strong>, CEO and founder of <strong>Marketing AI Institute<\/strong> posted in the LinkedIn post saying \u201cGenerated AI tools are amazing and give us the ability to enhance creativity and scale <strong>content creation<\/strong>.&nbsp; But, you may not own, or be able to protect the outputs.
